Introduction1. Protecting your data is our priority:

We, from LOVEL TECHNOLOGY LTDA, a legal entity governed by private law, registered with the CNPJ under nº 47.975.498/0001-71, hereinafter referred to simply as Lovel, with headquartered at Avenida Desembargador Moreira, nº 1300, store 16-A, Aldeota, CEP 60170-002, Fortaleza/CE, we take your privacy and the protection of your data seriously.
1.2. This document explains how we process your personal data, what your rights are and how you can exercise them. Through this Policy, you are aware of thecollection, storage and use when you decide to contract and use our services or any other resource, technology or functionality that we offer when accessing ourPlataform or by any other means (collectively “the Lovel Services”).
2. Basic concepts: what do you need to know to understand this policy?
2.1. In order to simplify your reading of this document, we present some useful definitions for your interpretation:

Account | Once the User's registration has been completed and approved, an account will be created in the Lovel structure to submit, to the extent of their interest, applications for any vacancies (national and international) available in Corporate Users' companies. |
Content | Any information, data, communications, software, photos, videos, graphics, music, sounds and other materials and services that can be viewed by USERS on the PLATFORM. This includes messages, conversations, chat and other original content |
Cookies | Files sent by the PLATFORM server to the USER's device, with the purpose of identifying your device and obtaining access data, such as pages browsed or links clicked, thus allowing you to personalize the use of the PLATFORM, according to your profile . They can also be used to ensure greater security for USERS of the PLATFORM. |
IP (Internet Protocol) | It is a set of numbers that identifies the USER's computer on the Internet. |

3. What data is collected?
3.1. The amount and type of Personal Data collected by Lovel varies depending on your use of the Platform. We will collect different Data if you are a Professional User using the Platform to obtain a vacancy or a Corporate User seeking recruitment services.
3.2. To clarify these issues, we have listed below some purposes for which your Data may be used, depending on how you use the Platform, so that you can understand what specifically applies to you:
- Professional User: If you use the Platform as a Professional User, that is, a User who is looking for a job and is interested in being hired by technology companies, we may collect Data from your use of the Platform and your registration, as detailed below:

- Professional User Data may be shared with municipal, state and federal public security authorities, due to a formal agreement made between the government authority and the Platform, with the aim of providing support in inspections carried out by the responsible bodies. The shared Data will be used exclusively to guide crime prevention and repression actions, as well as for criminal investigation purposes, in relation to criminal offenses that rely on aspects related to Lovel's business model.
- The aforementioned data from Professional Users may be collected by Lovel through APIs that can be shared with third parties, it is clarified that such third parties include, but are not limited to, the company, as well as other fraudulent conduct prevention companies
- The aforementioned data will also be subject to background checks on public platforms (background check) for security and legal compliance purposes;
- Likewise, within the scope of the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Policy, Lovel may check the other applications installed on the Professional User's mobile device, to ensure that there are no other applications that interfere with the correct presentation of the services offered by Lovel through its different platforms, especially those capable of causing distortions on Lovel's platforms, preventing its correct functioning.
- Corporate User: If you use the Platform as a Corporate User, that is, a company seeking intelligent recruitment services, we may collect Data from your use of the Platform and your registration, as detailed below:

- The aforementioned records may be used by Lovel in cases of fraud investigation or undue changes to its systems and records, as well as in sharing with third parties in an anonymized manner.
- Your personal information will not be sold or rented to third parties, for any purposes, without your explicit consent. We may combine your information with information we collect from other companies and use it to improve and personalize our services, content and advertising. 4. What are the legal bases that authorize data processing?
4.1. All operations with personal data that we carry out are supported by hypotheses (legal bases) provided for in the LGPD, depending on the purposes and particularities of the case.

5. Where and how do we store your personal data?
5.1. The personal data used is stored in the cloud, on servers (data centers) of large companies designed for this purpose – which can be located both in national territory and abroad –, with which we have a contract and which maintain all the criteria of security of this information. We carry out, with our partners, assessments regarding the privacy and protection of personal data so that personal data is treated in accordance with applicable legislation and providing the necessary guarantees for information security, in order to minimize possible risks.
5.2. The partners with which we share your data for storage and processing purposes are:

5.3. Personal data is kept in these cloud storage environments for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or until the Holder requests its deletion, when such data is processed based on consent. Furthermore, the data will continue to be stored – even without the consent of the holder – when its retention is supported or required by law or, even, when it is necessary to satisfy a legitimate interest (for example: for auditing, security, fraud control or rights preservation purposes).
6. Who has access to the data?
6.1. Lovel may share your personal data, on legal bases independent of consent, with service providers under contract, who collaborate in parts of Lovel's commercial operations (fraud prevention, billing activities, marketing, technology services), as well as to improve the products or services offered or if Lovel relies on external partners that provide WEB hosting or maintenance services.
Lovel may share personal data with its internal team and with the following categories of companies:- Our partners and suppliers: we may share Personal Data with partners and/or suppliers. Our partners and suppliers are only authorized to use Personal Data for the specific purposes for which they were contracted.

6.2. Lovel is committed to determining, in its contracts, that these service providers only use your information in relation to the services they perform for Lovel, and not for their own benefit.
6.3. Police, judicial or regulatory authorities may have access to your personal data if necessary to comply with legal, contractual or administrative obligations, mainly when:
- Lovel is required to do so by subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure;
- Lovel is cooperating with an ongoing police investigation.
6.4. . In cases where Lovel and a partner promote their Services together, Lovel may disclose to the partner some personal information, such as the full name, address and username of the people who signed up for the Services as a result of the joint promotion, with the sole purpose of allowing Lovel and the partner to evaluate the results of the promotion.
- In this case, personal information will not be used by the partner for any other purpose.
7. How long will we keep your data?
7.1. Lovel will maintain Personal Data throughout the period in which you remain registered on the platform and, thereafter, only within the established legal period.
7.2. The Personal Data collected will be deleted from Lovel's databases when requested by the holder of the Personal Data or when it is no longer necessary or relevant to offer the Services provided, unless there is any other reason for its maintenance, such as any legal obligation to retain data. data or the need to preserve them to protect rights.
8. How do we protect your data?
8.1. Lovel adopts technical and administrative measures capable of protecting personal data from unauthorized access and accidental or illicit situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination. For example: All user management, such as resetting a password, changing an email, are delegated to a high-security and encrypted cloud service, meaning that Lovel never stores passwords or confidential data.
8.2. Despite the security measures adopted, we cannot guarantee complete security against the actions of hackers or third parties equipped with methods of obtaining information improperly. Unauthorized use of accounts, hardware or software failure and other factors may compromise the security of your Personal Data at any time.
8.3. Lovel also counts on the collaboration of users to monitor and implement increasingly more security in our processing activities. It is recommended that users protect their information against unauthorized access to their computer, account or password, and that they make sure Always click “exit” when ending your browsing on a shared device. In addition to implementing good security practices, users can contact our Help Center, via email: centraldeajuda@lovel.dev, if they identify or become aware of any suspicious activity that could compromise the security of their personal data.
8.4. Lovel will never send electronic messages requesting confirmation of data or with attachments that can be executed (extensions: .exe, .com, among others) or even links for eventual download.
9. International Transfer:
9.1. Lovel contracts cloud storage services with some companies, specifically with Amazon Cognito, whose data centers are located abroad. Some of these international locations do not have data protection laws similar to the LGPD. In these cases, we will adopt reasonable measures within our power to ensure the protection of Personal Data in accordance with privacy and data protection laws in force in Brazil (such as contractual clauses, additional terms regarding data protection, compliance with international standards, display of adopted seals, certificates and/or codes of conduct).
9.2. We adopt the appropriate contractual and security measures at our disposal to ensure that the transfer of data to these countries does not violate the rights of data subjects, provided for in data protection standards, especially the LGPD.
10. Email marketing policy:
10.1. Sending e-mail marketing is within the standards established by relevant legislation and coding, including under the terms of the Self-Regulation Code for E-mail Marketing Practice (CAPEM), which provides for the use of this tool based on ethics and responsibility , without prejudice to the concomitant application of applicable legislation in force.
10.2. Lovel is against sending emails without prior authorization (Anti-SPAM Policy). The company's use of data/registration confirmation with executable attachments (exe, com, scr, bat extension) and download/archiving links is non-existent. If you do not wish to receive our marketing messages, simply indicate your preference by sending us an email athelp@lovel.dev or click on the unsubscribe link provided in all our emails.
11. Cookies:
11.1. Cookies are files created by websites visited that record browsing information, enabling the User to remain logged in, while remembering their software preferences and providing targeted content.
11.2. When you access the Lovel Platform, small data files – called cookies – may be placed on your computer. This includes companies that Lovel hires to monitor how the Platform is used.
11.3. A “session cookie” will be sent to your computer when you log into your account or use Lovel Services. This type of cookie helps to recognize you if you visit several pages on the Platform during the same session, so that it is not necessary to ask for your password on every page. After you exit or close your browser, this cookie may persist for up to 30 days, being renewed each time the web application is accessed.
11.4. You may encounter third-party cookies when using the Lovel Services on certain websites that are not under the control of Lovel. For example, if you view a web page created by a third party or use an application developed by a third party, a cookie may be placed by that page or application.
11.5. Users can control the use of cookies in their browser settings, with the exception of the login cookie, which will only cease to exist after logging out of the Platform. If you reject cookies, you may still use our Platform, but your ability to use some features or areas of our Platform may be limited.
11.6. The platform access cookie is disabled from the moment the user leaves the Lovel Platform and all its subdomains.
11.7. It is possible to disable the saving of cookies in your browser, delete them and manage their use through the configuration of the browser used to access Lovel.
12. How to exercise your rights?
12.1. In Brazil
The General Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018) guarantees you certain rights and guarantees in relation to your personal data. Lovel fulfills its obligation of clarity and transparency and details, in this policy, how it uses and protects your personal data. If you have consented to any purpose of processing your Personal Data, you can always choose to withdraw your consent. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to revocation. If you withdraw your consent, we may be unable to provide you with certain services, but we will notify you when this happens.
- Request the deletion or anonymization of personal data: you have the right to ask us to anonymize or definitively delete your data, if they prove to be unnecessary or excessive for the purpose of the processing, or if they are being processed in non-compliance with the LGPD.
- Revocation of consent: you have the right to oppose the processing activity by refusing consent or by revoking it, being aware, in these cases, that the impossibility of processing your data may make access to services or functionalities unfeasible .
12.2. If you request the deletion of all data included in the Platform via the central e-mail address ajuda@lovel.dev or from the Platform, this will mean that you will not be able to access any of the functionalities of the Lovel Platform, as well as the recovery of this data, except for data whose storage mandatory by law.
12.3. You can also contact our data manager, Paulo Henrique Santos Pelaez, via email at pelaez@lovel.dev. In cases where we act as Personal Data Operators, we will not be able to respond to requests made directly by the Data Subject, as such requests must be made directly to the Data Controller. Therefore, in those cases where it is not possible respond to the Holder's requests, we will explain the reasons justifying this noncompliance, always observing the provisions of the LGPD.
13. Children's data:
13.1. The Lovel platform is not intended for children (under twelve years of age). Therefore, children are not expected to enter their personal data on our Platform and we do not intentionally collect information from this audience. If parents or legal guardians believe that their children have sent us personal data, they may contact us or grant authorization via letter of consent by sending us an email at help@lovel.dev.
14. How will changes to the privacy policy be communicated?
14.1. This Privacy Policy may change at any time, so it is important to keep an eye on your email, as it will be through this means that Lovel will inform you of any changes.
14.2. You may not accept the new conditions of the Privacy Policy, but, in this case, your account will be automatically canceled, since acceptance of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy are prerequisites for using the Platform.
